Excitement, wonder, and discovery await you! Star City and the Planetary Council is a fantastic Sci-Fi adventure thriller. We live on a developing planet and have recently joined the local neighborhood of star systems that have masked their presence from us for so long. Like humans, many of the intelligent alien species have come forth from the "dark ages" of discord and adversity and have progressed into enlightenment. They have been there all along, carefully watching us, waiting to see if we qualify to attain membership. Will humans meet the expectations of the cooperative, tenured alien society? Will we display violence, aggression, or instability? We have great potential, and yet potentially menacing. Our planet sits center of a regional order of inhabited star systems. Buried within the galactic background noise are the communications from various worlds of the Planetary Council Members, which operates on extraspectral frequencies and have been expertly hidden for decades.
The aliens of the council, like us, share a common genus resemblance. As we share most of our genetic markers with primates we find, much to our intrigue, intelligent creatures with the likeness of a feline or a badger. An evolutionary standpoint reveals many of the beastly forms on Earth to be a common theme on other worlds. It is possible to find a catlike or k-9like creature in another part of space. But common themes are not the only substance here. Attend the Federal Transition Academy and receive your Ascension Diploma. Take advantage of the thorough training the academy provides as we make our way further into the exciting settlements on various moons and asteroidal bodies. Yet, in the 100-lightyear space of Star City the thrill of visiting other star systems challenges our main characters to set aside their anxiety and explore further into our wondrous corner of the galaxy. As Humans visit the alien assisted public habitations of Star City how will they take to these new members of the Planetary Council?

Here is a tiny alien originating from a genus class like that of a small upright walking creature.

Star City may be peaceful yet there lurks a villain of menacing prowess. The Confederate Resistance has broken off from the status quo and plunders the territory at will. Though they remain a small group of soldierly oppressors their military and governmental background supports their cause. They congeal in remote areas of space.

Go deep into the realm of physics and science to determine what technologies makes this exciting saga a reality. Can sustained atomic discharge really achieve surface to orbit capability without the use of bulky fuel tanks? What is the best space wear for us to venture into the frigid yet intensely heated environment of beams and megaverse? Included are elaborate schematics of vessels, engines, sensor equipment, weapons, solar and extrasolar velocity ranges for the reader to consume. This is not a work of strictly science yet herein surfaces fantasy. The narrative describes scenes of reality which are even stranger than fiction with all the trimmings of the free open-mindedness of a full fledge fantasy adventure.
